CWA held GAM MEETING at Thistle Port Dickson Resort, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia

 On Thursday and Friday, CWA GAM meeting was held for two days, 10 until 11 August 2017.  For the first day, the meeting started with opening speech by CWA CEO and then followed with compliance, operation department updates, customer experience survey, PRS updates and sharing by each GAM. The meeting started at 12 a.m. and ended at 8 p.m.

On the second day, the meeting started with a talk about identifying business opportunity which is the power of thinking big. The talk held for 2 hours from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. At 11.30 a.m., there was updates by Sun Life Malaysia. The meeting ended at 12.300 p.m.
