CWA Opens Bigger Branch in Sri Petaling
More expanded branches in the pipeline to fuel rapid sales growth and expanding agency force

Petaling Jaya: CIMB Wealth Advisors Berhad (CWA) recently relocated its Sri Petaling branch to a new and bigger premise at 169-2 Jalan Radin Bagus, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur,to better serve its customers and enable them to have easy access to a comprehensive range of conventional and Islamic financial products and services. These include investment products such as unit trust funds and structured investments; protection products such as insurance and takaful; credit cards; and estate planning services such as trusts, wills, Islamic wills (wasiat), gift (hibah) and related instruments.
Dato’ Charon Wardini Mokhzani, Chairman of CWA officiated the branch opening, and the ceremony was attended by members of the CWA Board of Directors; Tan Beng Wah, Chief Executive Officer of CWA; senior management of the agency force and customers.
The full-service branch occupies a total floor space of 5,500 square feet and is equipped with full customer support facilities.
“With our new office in Sri Petaling, our customers can look forward to better engagement with our agents to realise their financial goals,” said Tan Beng Wah. “CWA’s multi-product financial services distribution platform enables customers to choose from a range of best in class financial instruments for investment, protection and distribution of assets. It also allows a one-stop service delivery unique in an agency-based organisation, offering round-the-clock face-to-face service offering,” Tan explained.
“With increased awareness and demand for financial planning and wealth management services, CWA has seen rapid sales growth. Our agency force is also expanding and serves our customers from 39 branch and agency offices around the country. We currently have more than 5,500 financial planners and agents, and we expect to expand our branches and agency offices to better serve our customers’ needs,” he continued.
Elaborating on CWA’s presence in Sri Petaling, Tan said, “We are excited with our presence here that reaches out to our new and existing clients in this area and beyond, such as those in Bangi, Cheras, Kajang and Sri Kembangan. In addition to providing enhanced customer experience, the branch also offers continuous professional development for the agency force, equipping the team with the necessary skills and market knowledge to provide relevant and value-add products and services to our customers.”
